Contrary to popular belief, Tennis balls are not the ideal toy for your dog.

The reason for this is the "fuzz" on the tennis ball. Once wet/muddy & then dried it often feels rough in your hands right? 

Imagine that on your dogs teeth - it's essentially acting as sandpaper and grinding their teeth.

So to avoid costly dental bills recommendations are to use rubber balls for your games of fetch instead.
