Returns / Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, for store credit or an exchange.
1 Returns
1.1 All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
2 Return Process
2.1 To return an item, please email us: hub@millies-mutts.co.uk ensuring you include your order number.
2.2 Place the item securely in its original packaging, remembering to include your name and order number, and mail your return to the following address:

2.3 Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us if your item is faulty.
3 Refunds
3.1 After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund, replacement, or exchange. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method you used during the purchase.
3.2 Please allow at least 5 working days from the receipt of your item to process your refund, replacement, or exchange. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
4 Exceptions
4.1 For defective or damaged products please email hub@millies-mutts.co.uk to arrange a refund or exchange. Don’t forget to include your order number.

6 If you have purchased a handmade customised item unfortunately these cannot be returned/refunded so please do ensure you have purchased the correct size and all spelling is correct.
